Fire Ready Services

At FRS our services include but are not limited to Weed Management, Simplex Burning, bushfire mitigation, creating and maintaining fuel modified buffer zones, assessment of surrounding environments ensuring built assets, natural and cultural values are protected.

Working in remote type areas the use of small ancillary equipment such as fire fighting equipment, chainsaws, brush cutters, blowers and hand tools is required. This allows minimal impact on the environment. Intermediate and advanced tree felling is also a part of our operation.

The removal of vegetation is completed in two ways depending on varying factors.

They are as follows:

• Develop, plan and conduct burns. (Certified).

• Chipper operations. (Certified)

Another important part of our business activities at FRS is the manufacture and supply of firefighting/water cartage/wash down units. FRS can also service and repair all types of units with qualifications to suit.
